About
A-1 Roofing Co. is a third generation commercial roofing company established in 1910. We commonly employ fifty to ninety roofers and sheet metal workers depending on the time of the year.The president of A-1 Roofing Co. is Mitchell Rabin. A graduate of the University of Illinois and a Certified Public Accountant, he has been involved with the company since 1984.
David Rabin is the Vice-President. He is also a graduate of the University of Illinois with a C.P.A. degree. He has been with the company since 1989.
A-1 Roofing Co. is an approved applicator of the following roofing systems: Koppers, Allied-Signal, Carlisle, Johns Manville, GAF, U.S. Intec, JPS Elastomerics, Versico, Firestone, Soprema, Henry, Siplast and others.
A-1 Roofing Co. also has its own sheet metal shop. We have the ability to fabricate and install gutters, counterflashings, copings and all other roof-related sheet metal. We also install standing seam metal roofing systems from Berridge Manufacturing and Petersen Aluminum Corp.
